The Point: Riders may experience delays of up to 15 minutes, starting Jan. 2
Metrolink’s Riverside Line will experience delays of up to 15 minutes from Jan. 2 through March 29, due to a Union Pacific Railroad maintenance project.
In addition to the possible delays, Riverside Line trains 402 and 411, which operate midday between Los Angeles Union Station and the Riverside-Downtown Station, will be canceled and alternate bus service will be provided.
The project is necessary to maintain the railroad tracks, allowing Union Pacific and Metrolink to provide safe and reliable service.
