New VanClub Program Offers Monthly Subsidy for Stress-Free Commute
The Riverside County Transportation Commission is making it easy – and easy on the wallet – for commuters to start a vanpool through VanClub, a new incentive program. Eligible vanpools can receive a $400 per month subsidy toward the cost of a vanpool lease through Enterprise Rideshare or the California Vanpool Authority.

Don’t Tackle Traffic: Climb Aboard Metrolink’s Football Train

Join RCTC in Commemorating Rail Safety Month
It’s a common sight throughout Riverside County – a Metrolink train zipping by at speeds of up to 79 miles per hour, filled with commuters heading to and from work or a recreational activity, or a freight train carrying a long line of cargo crossing at a busy intersection. But did you know that it can take the length of 18 football fields for a train to stop? That’s more than a mile!
